Rotary drum parts washer

This installations is specially designed for continuous cleaning of punching parts or small turned parts, for example. This unit is equipped with an elongated drum in helix shape. This drum turns around slowly, shifting the parts from one zone to the next. Shown machine has 5 zones:

1. Immersion in washing water
2. Spraying with washing water
3. Immersion in rinse water
4. Spraying with rinse water
5. Drying

Both the washing as rinsing are closed systems in this machine, other options are available as well.
